1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
1.1 Real Estate Readiness Training

You are enrolling in READI Training and Development LLC's Agent Launchpad™ Course, an online video-based professional development program designed to prepare real estate professionals for successful, ethical careers through faith-based business practices and comprehensive skill development. This course is part of READI's Real Estate Readiness School curriculum.

All Agent Launchpad™ Course materials have been thoroughly reviewed, edited, and approved by Michele Bryant, a licensed Virginia real estate professional (License #0225217994). While AI technology enhances content delivery and consistency, the educational value and professional insights are provided under the supervision and expertise of licensed real estate professionals.

2. ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS TERMS

Payment Method: Credit card, debit card, etc. (Afterpay is not an option)

Payment Due: At checkout during enrollment process

Access Period: Lifetime access to course

Individual Enrollment: Each agent must enroll separately - no shared course access
2.2 Platform Access and Technical Requirements

Internet connection required for streaming video content

Student responsible for reliable internet access and compatible technology

Technical support provided via email during business hours (9am-5pm)

2.3 Training Completion Requirements

3. READI'S NON-SOLICITATION COMMITMENT
3.1 No Recruitment Promise

READI Training and Development LLC explicitly commits to:

NEVER recruit, solicit, or attempt to influence you to leave your current brokerage
-
NEVER discuss employment opportunities at other brokerages during training
-
NEVER facilitate or assist in any brokerage transition activities
-
NEVER share your contact information with other brokerages for recruitment purposes
3.2 Duration of Non-Solicitation Commitment
This non-recruitment promise applies for:

Twelve (12) months following your completion of the training program

The entire duration of your enrollment and training period
-
Regardless of any changes to your brokerage affiliation during training
3.3 Training Focus Commitment

4. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT
4.1 Professional Engagement
Student agrees to:

Actively participate in AI-delivered training modules and complete assessments

Apply learning ethically and professionally within current brokerage
-
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary training content and methodologies
-
Provide honest feedback about training effectiveness and outcomes
-
Acknowledge that training uses AI technology for enhanced delivery
4.2 Intellectual Property Compliance
Student commits to:

Use training materials solely for personal professional development
-
Not share, distribute, or reproduce AI-generated video content or training materials
-
Respect READI's intellectual property rights in all training content including AI-generated materials
-
Not use materials for competing training programs or commercial purposes
-
Understand that all generated content is proprietary to READI
4.3 Professional Standards
Student agrees to:

Complete training within the twelve (12) month timeframe

Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with READI
-
Report technical issues promptly to ensure optimal learning experience

Use training content to enhance professional practice within current brokerage
5. READI'S TRAINING COMMITMENTS
5.1 Quality Training Delivery

READI commits to providing:

High-quality video content with clear audio and professional presentation

Comprehensive curriculum covering all advertised training topics

Reliable platform access with 99% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
-
Responsive email support for technical and content questions during business hours (9am-5pm)

Professional oversight of all content by licensed real estate professionals
5.2 Content Standards
Training content will:

Reflect current industry best practices and professional standards
-
Integrate faith-based principles with practical business applications
-
Focus on professional development and career readiness skills
-
Support student success within their chosen brokerage environment

Utilize AI technology to ensure consistent, clear delivery of educational content
5.3 AI Technology and Quality Assurance
READI guarantees:

All AI-generated content has been reviewed and approved by licensed professionals

Accurate and current information despite AI-assisted development

Professional supervision of all AI-created materials

5.4 Privacy and Confidentiality
READI will:

Use student data solely for training delivery and progress tracking

Comply with applicable privacy laws and data protection regulations

Not share student information with third parties without written consent

6. PAYMENT POLICY AND TERMS
6.1 No Refund Policy

All sales are final: No refunds available after enrollment confirmation and payment processing

No exceptions: Refunds not provided for any reason including technical issues, course dissatisfaction, or non-completion

Individual responsibility: Each enrollment is for one agent only - course access cannot be shared or transferred
6.2 Payment and Access Terms

6.3 Platform Access Termination
Course Access
Students receive lifetime access to the course content upon enrollment. There is no automatic termination after course completion.
Access Termination
Access to the course will only terminate under the following circumstances:

Violation of intellectual property or conduct requirements

Voluntary withdrawal by the student
No Refunds
No refunds will be provided regardless of termination reason or timing.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

Does not guarantee business success, income levels, or career advancement

7.2 AI Technology Disclaimers
Student acknowledges regarding AI usage:

AI-generated content has been professionally reviewed but may contain technical limitations

AI voice narration provides consistent delivery but is not human interaction
-
Content accuracy is maintained through professional oversight, not AI generation alone
-
Technology limitations may occasionally affect platform performance
-
No warranty that AI technology will be error-free, though professional oversight ensures quality
7.3 Results and Performance Disclaimer

READI makes no representations or warranties regarding:

Specific business outcomes or performance improvements

Income generation or commission increases
-
Career advancement opportunities or timing
-
Professional recognition or achievement levels
-
AI technology performance beyond industry standard expectations
7.4 Limitation of Liability

What You Can Recover If there's a problem with the course, the maximum amount READI Training and Development (including our team, instructors, and partners) will be responsible for is the amount you paid for the course. This is the most you can receive back from us under any circumstance.

Types of Damages Not Covered
​
We are not responsible for indirect losses or consequences that may result from the course, including but not limited to:

Lost income or business opportunities

Damage to professional reputation

Lost or corrupted data

Business interruptions

Loss of clients or referrals
This applies even if we were aware these types of issues could potentially occur.
Course Materials and Third-Party Resources

All materials provided are included in your course fee with no additional purchases required from us. When the course references or links to external websites, tools, or resources, we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or performance. Your use of any third-party resources is at your own discretion and subject to their terms of service.
Course Access and Availability

This is a self-paced online course with lifetime access. While we strive to maintain consistent platform availability, occasional interruptions may occur due to:

Scheduled maintenance or updates

Technical issues or platform improvements

Unforeseen circumstances
Service Interruptions
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Brief, temporary interruptions for maintenance and updates are expected as part of normal operations.
In the unlikely event the course becomes permanently unavailable or experiences prolonged outages due to circumstances within our control, we will provide reasonable remedies, which may include migration to an alternative platform or a partial refund.
Limitation of Remedies
Beyond the remedies described above, no additional compensation or remedies will be provided for service interruptions.
When We Are Responsible
These limitations do not apply if:

We engage in intentional fraud or willful misconduct

Applicable law requires us to be responsible for certain obligations that cannot be waived
Educational Purpose Only

Time Limit for Claims
Any legal claim related to this course must be filed within one (1) year from when the issue first occurred.

How These Limitations Apply
These limitations apply regardless of the legal basis for a claim (whether contract, negligence, or other legal theory) and apply collectively to READI Training and Development and all associated parties.

Course Pricing Reflection
The course fee you paid reflects these limitations of liability. These terms are fundamental to our business model and the pricing structure of the course.

In Summary: We stand behind the quality of our educational content. However, we can only be responsible for refunding what you paid if there's a significant problem with the course itself. You are responsible for how you apply this education in your real estate practice and for ensuring you comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The course provides training and information, but implementing that knowledge correctly and legally in your business is your responsibility.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Direct Communication First

Student agrees to address concerns directly with READI management before pursuing other remedies, including any issues related to content delivery.
8.2 Mediation Process
Unresolved disputes will be submitted to mediation in the Hampton Roads area in Virginia.
8.3 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Virginia law and Virginia court jurisdiction.
9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
9.1 Complete Agreement
This Enrollment Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Student and READI regarding the training program, including all technology usage and disclosures.
9.2 Modifications and Updates

Agreement changes require written consent from both parties

Training content updates may occur to maintain current industry relevance
-
AI technology improvements may be implemented to enhance learning experience
-
Platform enhancements may be added to improve user experience
9.3 Assignment and Transfer
This Agreement is personal to the enrolled student and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with other individuals.
9.4 Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement remains valid and binding.
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
By checking the required boxes and completing your enrollment, you acknowledge and certify that you:

• Agree to comply with all intellectual property and professional conduct requirements
• Understand that this is professional development training, not regulated real estate education
• Appreciate READI's non-solicitation commitments and training focus
• Commit to use training to enhance success within your current brokerage affiliation
• Acknowledge AI technology usage and professional oversight of all content
• Understand that AI-generated content has been professionally reviewed and approved
• Have read and accept the Privacy Policy and No-Refund Policy
• Are 18 years or older and a licensed real estate professional

Electronic Agreement:
Your enrollment submission, including the date, time, and IP address, will be recorded as your electronic agreement to these Terms and Conditions. This electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
By completing enrollment and payment, you acknowledge that you have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein.
