By accessing or purchasing any product, course, or membership from READI Training & Development ("READI," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Content
All materials provided by READI, including video content, templates, downloads, and course materials, are for personal use only. You may not distribute, share, resell, or reproduce any content without explicit written permission.

2. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final. READI Training and Development LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all course and consultation enrollments. Once your enrollment is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

This policy applies to all enrollment types:

• Individual enrollments

• Brokerage partnership enrollments

• Group enrollments

• Promotional or discounted enrollments

3. License Access
You are granted one license per purchase. Logins may not be shared. Group or organizational access must be purchased through bulk licensing agreements.

4. Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any student from a course, consultation or membership for behavior deemed inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of our community values.

5. Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantees of income or results. All examples provided are illustrative and dependent on your own effort, market conditions, and execution.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
