Refund Policy

1. NO REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW

 

All sales are final. READI Training and Development LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all Agent Launchpad™ Course enrollments. Once your enrollment is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

This policy applies to all enrollment types:

  • Individual enrollments

  • Brokerage partnership enrollments

  • Group enrollments

  • Promotional or discounted enrollments

 

 

2. WHY WE HAVE A NO-REFUND POLICY

 

2.1 Immediate Access to Complete Course

 

Upon enrollment, you receive:

  • Immediate, unrestricted access to all course modules

  • Complete downloadable resources and materials

  • Full access to professional templates and tools

  • Lifetime platform access

 

Since you receive immediate access to the entire course content, we cannot offer refunds after enrollment is confirmed.

2.2 Digital Product Nature

The Agent Launchpad™ Course is a digital educational product. Once accessed, the content cannot be "returned" like a physical product. The value of the course is delivered immediately upon access.

 

2.3 Course Investment Structure

 

The course fee reflects:

  • Development and production costs

  • Ongoing platform maintenance and hosting

  • Professional oversight and content review

  • Technical support services

  • Unlimited access to updates 

 

 

3. NO EXCEPTIONS POLICY

 

3.1 Circumstances NOT Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will NOT be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

 

Course Dissatisfaction:

  • Disappointment with course content

  • Unmet expectations regarding course outcomes

  • Belief that course was not valuable

  • Disagreement with teaching methods or format

 

Non-Completion:

  • Failure to complete course modules

  • Lack of time to complete training

  • Loss of motivation or interest

  • Change in career plans

 

Technical Issues:

  • Internet connectivity problems on your end

  • Incompatible devices or browsers

  • User error in accessing platform

  • Difficulty navigating course materials

 

Personal Circumstances:

  • Change in employment or brokerage

  • Financial hardship after enrollment

  • Family or personal emergencies

  • Relocation or life changes

 

Competitive Offerings:

  • Finding alternative training programs

  • Receiving similar training from your brokerage

  • Preferring different course format or delivery

 

3.2 Platform Issues

 

In the rare event of significant platform unavailability due to issues within our control, we will:

  • Make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible

  • Provide alternative access methods when feasible

  • Communicate updates on the situation and expected resolution timeline

 

No Refunds for Platform Issues

 

Refunds will not be provided for temporary platform unavailability or technical issues. Our commitment to resolving access issues and maintaining platform stability is the sole remedy available.

 

 

4. ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION

 

4.1 Review Before Purchase

Before completing your enrollment, you have the opportunity to:

  • Review complete course description and curriculum outline

  • Review all terms and conditions

  • Ask questions via email or consultation call

  • Confirm your enrollment decision

 

By completing enrollment, you acknowledge:

  • You have reviewed all available course information

  • You understand and accept the no-refund policy

  • You agree all sales are final

  • You accept responsibility for your enrollment decision

 

4.2 Enrollment Is Binding

Once you click "Enroll" or "Complete Purchase" and payment is processed:

  • Your enrollment is immediately confirmed

  • The no-refund policy takes effect

  • You receive full course access

  • The transaction is final and binding

 

 

5. PAYMENT METHOD CONSIDERATIONS

 

5.1 Credit Card and Debit Card Payments

  • Payment processed immediately upon enrollment

  • No chargebacks or payment disputes will result in refunds

  • Disputing charges with your card company does not override this policy

  • You remain responsible for full payment regardless of disputes

6. ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES

 

6.1 What We WILL Provide

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your success and will provide:

 

Technical Support:

  • Email support during business hours (9am-5pm)

  • Assistance with platform access issues

  • Help navigating course materials

  • Guidance on completing assessments

 

Content Assistance:

  • Clarification on course concepts

  • Additional explanations when needed

  • Recommendations for applying course material

  • Answers to course-related questions

 

Access Extensions:

  • Additional time if platform unavailability occurs

  • Extended access for documented extenuating circumstances (at our discretion)

  • Reasonable accommodations for technical issues on our end

 

6.2 What to Do If You're Unsatisfied

If you're dissatisfied with the course:

  1. Contact Support: Email info@readitraining.com with specific concerns

  2. Provide Feedback: Help us understand what would improve your experience

  3. Utilize Resources: Ensure you've accessed all available course materials

  4. Complete Training: Give the full program a chance before making judgments

  5. Seek Clarification: Ask questions about content you find challenging

 

We value your feedback and will work to address concerns, but refunds will not be provided.

 

 

7. BROKERAGE PARTNERSHIP ENROLLMENTS

 

7.1 Brokerage-Sponsored Students

 

If your brokerage arranged or paid for your enrollment:

  • The no-refund policy still applies

  • Disputes must be resolved between you and your brokerage

  • READI will not issue refunds to brokerages or sponsored students

  • Enrollment remains your individual responsibility

 

7.2 Group Enrollment Terms

 

For agents enrolled through brokerage partnerships:

  • Each enrollment is individual and non-transferable

  • Leaving your brokerage does not entitle you to a refund

  • Partnership pricing does not create different refund terms

 

8. FRAUDULENT OR ERRONEOUS CHARGES

 

8.1 Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error:

  • Contact us immediately at info@readirealestate.com

  • Provide detailed information about the erroneous charge

  • We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors

 

Billing errors include:

  • Duplicate charges for single enrollment

  • Charges without enrollment confirmation

  • Incorrect payment amounts

 

Billing errors do NOT include:

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Misunderstanding of course content

  • Change of mind after enrollment

 

8.2 Fraud Prevention

 

If we detect fraudulent activity:

  • Account access may be suspended

  • Law enforcement may be contacted

  • Legal action may be pursued

  • No refunds will be provided for suspended accounts

 

9. LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE

 

9.1 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by Virginia law. By enrolling, you agree to jurisdiction in Virginia courts for any disputes.

 

9.2 Entire Agreement

This Refund Policy is part of your Enrollment Agreement and constitutes the complete refund terms. No verbal or written statements by READI staff modify this policy unless provided in writing and signed by an authorized READI representative.

 

9.3 Modifications

READI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to future enrollments only. The policy in effect at the time of your enrollment governs your enrollment.

 

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By enrolling in the Agent Launchpad™ Course, you acknowledge:

✓ You accept that all sales are final with no refunds
✓ You understand no exceptions will be made
✓ You agree to these terms as a condition of enrollment
✓ You have had opportunity to ask questions before enrolling

 

This acknowledgment is legally binding and enforceable.
